      Kilmarnock 0 - 1 Dundee

The Dark Blues richly rewarded the noisy and passionate travelling support with a battling, deserved 1-0 win over Kilmarnock at Rugby Park this afternoon. Marcus Haber scored the winner early in the second half. But it was Scott Bain who secured the points with two magnificent saves late in the match to give the Dee their first clean sheet of 2017.

      Dundee 1 - 1 Ross County

Dundee earned a vital point in a 1-1 draw against Ross County this afternoon in Neil McCann’s first match as interim manager at Dens Park. The Staggies dominated the early stages and were well worth their early lead from Liam Boyce’s goal. However, the Dee came back strongly and spent most of the second half laying siege to County’s goal. Captain Darren O’Dea equalised from the penalty spot but County survived fierce pressure to take a point.

      Dundee 0 - 2 Inverness CT

Dundee stumbled to a 2-0 defeat against bottom club Inverness Caledonian Thistle tonight in the final home match of the season. After the Dee’s place in next season’s Premiership was confirmed last night interim manager Neil McCann watched his team lose for the first time and will have seen little to please him, especially in defence. The Dark Blues never recovered from gifting the visitors two early goals. Caley Thistle may have ridden their luck occasionally in the first half, but Dundee’s defence looked like conceding a goal every time Inverness attacked. In a poor second half Caley Thistle held onto their lead comfortably to take three well deserved points and ensure the relegation battle will go to the final day.

      Hamilton Accies 4 - 0 Dundee

Dundee brought down the curtain on the season with a 4-0 defeat at Hamilton that saved the home side from automatic relegation. First half goals from Rakish Bingham and Ioannis Skondras gave Accies a comfortable half time lead. In a low key second half Accies were able to help themselves to further goals from Dougie Imrie’s penalty kick and Ali Crawford.
