Got a wee feeling that we're banking on moves for other sides (maybe Hayes staying at Aberdeen and May arriving) to free up a couple of ambitious late signings. It may be the case that things happen quite quickly or we end up just having to settle on a free agent.

On a side note, I really hope Yordi goes somewhere like Ayr or Dumbarton to get some football for the last half of the season. It'd be really interesting to see how he'd do on the second tier.

Think the same. we need to be getting players who see that their future is not with their current club and want to play first team football. Not a problem with that and it might mean having to offer less money, or a loan deal -provided they get to play in their "best" position. It seems totally unfair to let Yordi drift. He came here to try to learn more about playing at a higher standard and I too hope he goes on loan to someone who will play him and give him a chance to develop.  .

May would be a fantastic signing.
I think to a lesser extent Pawlett could add something , if we can pull in a good signing it might give everyone inc players a wee buzz and make aw the difference to our season.

Mido isnt with a club , 33 same age as when Caniggia joined us ... just saying like

I know Aberdeen are a bigger club than us, for now anyway, but the gap shouldn't be that big. Why are we so far behind them? Is it wages?
