Minder Song Might Be A Great Anthem For Us.

not an original comment but I looked up you tube and it sounded pretty good. a few tweaks on the words and Neil "Terry" McCann has a song that most could sing, even me!

Terrific. Would love it if McCann's first game at Dens the teams come out to that.

Fantastic. Love that tune, perfect fit. Nice one!

Bonnie Tyler's 'Hero' as the B side? (Bet that goes right over the younger Dees heeds!)

Actually, this could replace Bonnie on the B side....

If nothing else playing, or singing, the Minder theme tune will bring some fun and entertainment back to Dens Park and in turn improve the atmosphere. I've a feeling that if we as fans get right behind Neil McCann there will be a knock on effect and the players will buy in to the new, albeit temporary, regime.

Would somebody just tell me what this Minder theme tune actually has to do with Dundee FC?

So, a TV character named Terry, played by and actor named Denis, in linked to our interim manager, named Neil, because the TV character, played by Denis, shares the same surname as the interim manager, Neil? And for that reason we should consider the song that opens and closes the TV programme as connected in some way to Dundee FC?

Tenuous in the extreme.

The series was excellent however 'da theme toon' is not (IMO of course) and has no place at Dens Park.

Yes, I am a whinging git.

Well Neil McCann is nicknamed Terry after the Dennis Waterman character in Minder. He was as a kid at Dens anyway.
