Couldn’t make game today and only seen bits and pieces of it but what I did see ref was honking.

In the second half Rangers lost the ball In the Dundee half and we looked to break quickly but Tavernier just hauled the Dundee player back a clear and deliberate foul yet no booking. Then shortly after. Really clumsy challenge from Ryan Jack sees him stand on Dundee Players foot in a similar vein to Ralph but without going to ground and it’s just a foul despite fact he had already been booked.

Inconsistent as f**k as usual.

Ralph's red was for an obvious goalscoring opportunity rather than dangerous play - McIntyre said that in his interview. If it occurred a yard further, it would have been a penalty and he'd have stayed on the pitch - it couldn't have worked out worse.

Yeah that’s fair enough but surely the laws should be fairly applied to both teams and not just Rangers. Tavernier in particular was as clear a booking as you will ever see in your life but he gets away with it

Lafferty kicked Kusunga off the ball and both squared up, right in front of the 4th official which was totally missed by the referee. The 4th official indicated to the ref that there was an ongoing incident involving both players then put his head down and turned his back. He failed to inform the ref of what had just happened and the ref failed to ask. In the end both players were booked when Lafferty should've received a straight red. Shocking officiating.

Yeah agree on that. Not seen the Lafferty decision yet for the red but get the feeling that they maybe got away with that.

Yeah, I couldn't and didn't understand why Lafferty wasn't sent of for that. Shocking!

Agree it is a consistency thing with the poor refereeing decisions.  I saw the incidents possibly through dark blue eyes but as follows.

1) Sending off pretty harsh but possibly correct according to the law. Don't think we will appeal cos it's likely to be a waste of time.

2) Lafferty's chalked off goal. We probably got away with one there.

3) The Lafferty/ Kusunga incident was a total nonsense. The only outcome should have been Red for Lafferty or at least Yellow with Kusunga not carded.

4) Tavernier definitely deserved a booking.

5) Jack should have had a 2nd Yellow & sent off.

A poor day for the Ref and his sidekicks!

Seen the playback of the goal, Lafferty was in front of the defenders before the ball was played to him. Off-side iMHO!

Agreed, he was forward of the second last defender when the ball was played to him and offside.

Muppets on TV saying he was behind the ball when it was played to him are clueless - doesn't say the ball needs to have been played forwards or backwards in the laws of the game, just played.
