Killie v Dundee

  1. 1. What are you expecting this weekend when the Dee visit Rugby Park?

  2. 2. Who should be in the starting XI for Dundee if fit and available?

Think we have struggled down both sides to be honest. Reality hits  back hard.

Pathetic second half performance. We played well first half but this seemed inevitable after missing so many decent chances.

After his mistake for the first Hamilton managed to keep the score respectable. Too many players absent. Maybe the cold was not to their liking.

Not there today but sounds like many away games over the past few years.

not enough fight in the team when we go behind.

Nothing changes this weekend, still 11th, free hit against Aberdeen on Tuesday (who aren't great). Poor game for us in the 2nd half after an excellent 1st half.

Miller 7 in 5 ;)

Hope fans don't suddenly think we are getting relegated after our first defeat in 4 games, cool heads required, still 5months of football to go and a January window! Still confident :)

Spot on.  Lets hope we don't descend into 'over-reaction mad' this evening.  We haven't suddenly become a top 4 side in the last few weeks and the good work achieved in that time hopefully will not be undone by todays result.  The need for adequate cover in a number of positions next month hasn't changed.

Well said.. We had plenty of opportunities for that result to be very different today.

Having said that, you can’t play like we did in the second half and still expect to win the game.

Onwards!

At least now we're competing like a proper top flight team.

We had our chances to go a couple of goals up, didn’t take them, flogged a few goals but weren't disgraced (that late goal made it more respectable).

That's the way it goes sometimes.

He's very unfortunate. But think of all the good luck that awaits him!

He's scored 1 proper goal for us, at Motherwell last season?

Three gifts but Killie deserved the win based on their second half performance.

We desperately need cover all down our left side.

The third goal was again the case of a right footed non left back taking a pass from the goalkeeper and immediately looking under pressure ala Cammy at Paisley.

Calvin Millers inexperience contributed to 2 goals,  his poor decision making/ poor positional sense adds to the general weakness down our left.

So a bitterly cold disappointing second half but much better teams have lost at Killie over the past 12 months and I’m still as confident we will be the mini league champions come May!

Excellent question.

Kusunga is a first touch defender, no messing about, which is what I've always liked about him. So sometimes that first touch costs us a goal.
