  1. 1. Should Dundee play a full-strength team in the cup?

    • Yes, we want to go all the way
    • No, survival is all that matters
  2. 2. How far do you think Dundee will go?

Celtic are murder but they've got an aura about them and unfortunately some teams like Dundee seem to be beaten before a ball is kicked.

A positive result with the new players will do wonders for players and fans alike...

St Mirren have 3 horrendous fixtures after the break, its a chance to get ahead of them by the start of February.

A decent cup performance and hopefully a win will only enhance this....

Judging by the way you all shout at each other 😉

Does that make you the three hoarsemen of the apocalypse?

It's 2153 on Monday 7th January and 10% of those that have voted think we're going to win it.

I mean, I'm mixed up and often deluded but come on now folks.

When you look at the 6 who voted 'we're going to win the cup', I suspect there's more than enough evidence in posts on this & other current topics that they're being more than a little 'ironic' ;)

I mean, c'mon, I know Cobra had to include all options in the poll, but how could we possibly take that one seriously :)

I think JM should play his strongest team (whatever that is now or by then????). Not because of the Scottish Cup but in preparation for the Hearts league game.

Less that 24 hours until the winter break finally comes to an end as the Blue Brazil host Rangers. Hopefully Henvey will start and get a debut goal.

Be good if a couple of their central midfielders pick up knocks so Gerrard has to get on the phone to Dens begging for Kamara to join before they go to Killie next Wednesday.

"Yeah no bother, just wire 100 grand over and he's all yours."

I've been mildly fascinated by the idea that Defoe's introduction to the Scottish game will be at Central Park. :lol2:

Jermain Defoe will be feeling the nerves as the clock ticks down towards his baptism of tyre.

They won 3-0 at Dens and 5-0 across the street but the Honest Men are trailing away to Auchinleck Talbot with 10 minutes to play.

Auchinleck beat a very poor looking Ayr United.

Nothing to belittle there, bud. It was probably the biggest result in their history. Sure, Ayr were pish, but fair dos to Talbot.

Hearts have finally score against Livi after 230 minutes of football. Sean Clare scores his first goal for the Jambos. He's an attacking midfielder. Wish we had one of them.

Livi should be level but haven't taken their chances.

Draw for the next round is in around 20 minutes.
