Attilio Posted 25 August 2015 Report Share Posted 25 August 2015 The reason he is still at dens is cause of the reasonably decent wages he will be on,theres no way he will go anywhere unless his contract is paid out in full.....a real bad signing from hartley Not so much a bad signing imo but a very poor decision to give him a two year deal and that is not in hindsight either. He was worth a punt but he had the sort of background where it was down to him to prove his worth to us and not the other way around. Greg Stewart is the perfect example of how it should work - prove you're capable and you get a better deal. One good half against Celtic and a jammy deflection against Partick are all he has produced in his time here. Is there another mug out there that will think they can get it out of him? Maybe but I doubt it.

CW 90+3 02/05/16 Posted 25 August 2015 Report Share Posted 25 August 2015 Bit disappointed to see the "drinking and partying" passed off as gospel rather than the messageboard rumour that it is. Don't know enough about the situation myself so have voted don't know.

Spiritof62 Posted 25 August 2015 Report Share Posted 25 August 2015 What club in their right mind would offer him employment after the attitude he showed at Dens? Just another silly young footballer who will soon regret his poor approach to his profession.
87DEE Posted 25 August 2015 Report Share Posted 25 August 2015 Arsenal, to Inverness, to Dundee, loaned out to Alloa and sent back within 6 months, he's got to be looking at part time football once he leaves Dens

steven dee Posted 25 August 2015 Report Share Posted 25 August 2015 Get rid. He's played 1 decent game against a celtic side which was low on confidence and apart from that nothing. Wouldn't blame Hartley as no doubt he's tried his best to change him but the guy seems like a lost cause to me.
