Getting fucking sick of it. No penetration at all.

Why don't we drive at the opposition?

The one time we got the ball from front to back quickly today we scored.

Team is crying out for width

Sometimes I yearn for the good old days (quite often, to be honest) when the system wis a simple 2-3-5.

And this kind of set up seemed to work well enough for Dundee FC in the season 1961/62.

When each player appeared to actually ken whit he wis meant tae dae.

Aye, fast wingers, inside men, and a big centre forward.

A solid half back line and two defending backs

Happy Days, when fitba wis simple.

No doubt, it will come right.

Oh aye nae doot....

Eventually.

Maybe.

:(

It's worse, we're not just passing side to side, we're passing side to side while drifting backwards.

ICT were there for the taking.

They get ONE half decent chance because our entire team seemed to stop and look at a ball and they score.

I'm very worried.

I'm VERY worried, as well as every other Dark Blue, watching this total BOREWATCH, every game, 20 to 30

sideway passes, till, one of our players first touches, loses control and then lets the other team drive

forward with pace and then score. Our so called tactics are non existent, we have NO PACE or WIDTH, yet

again, Paul Hartley, for another boring season.

It's the coaching. You watch the wee square they set up and play tippy tippy stuff as part of the warm up. They need to give them something more positive to do. Silly wee trick passes they play there are repeated in normal play. Lack of real pressure when the opposition has the ball, it's the same coaching IMO.

Must be a joy to play against. Sit in, keep your shape and watch us huff and puff in front of you.

The full backs we have will never provide the width required so unless we bring in some wingers and quick it's going to be death by 1000 cuts again

We need to learn that we can miss out the midfield and go straight into feet higher up the pitch too. Konrad had the chance to do it so much.
