    Dundee Football Club and the SPFL Trust are happy to announce the next delivery of Football Fans in Training classes at Dundee starts in September- A perfect opportunity to drop a dress or jean size ahead of Christmas.

    This project which is delivered in partnership with the SPFL trust aims to support participants on improving health through increasing levels of activity. Most notably this course is free to join!

    The next intake of FFIT is aimed at Men and Women aged between 35 and 65 who have a BMI of 28+ and a waist of 40 inches. This is a 13 week course at Dens Park.

    Men FFIT Starts Monday 25th of September – 7-8.30pm

    Women FFIT Starts Thursday 28th of September – 6-7.30pm

    Remember these sessions are FREE to attend and provide a great opportunity to see inside your Football Club.

    Think this is a great idea, but for numerous reasons, it widnae be for me.

    However how did the last one go? Success? & did they get the numbers?
