Antonio Portales Poised For Breakthrough With Mexico National Team

The 28-year-old has been turning heads with his outstanding performances this season, making him the top-scoring Mexican in European football with three goals in the Premier Sports Cup.

The Mexican Football Federation has reportedly reached out to Portales to check his availability for upcoming international fixtures, signalling that a debut for El Tri could be on the horizon.

But for me, the professionalism he shows daily is exceptional. No one deserves that call-up more than Antonio, and I'd be absolutely thrilled if it's confirmed that he gets it."
