  1. Dundee beaten at home against Queen of the south. Dobbie opened the scoring in the 29th minute with a superb goal past Hamiltons righ hand side. Johnson equalised with a fantastic solo effort in which he left McCrorie no chance to save as it bulleted past him from distance. Then 31 seconds later, a mistake by Forster gave Dobbie his second and the 3 points for QOS. Dundee 1 - 2 QOS
  2. The Dee travelled up north to face Inverness CT today. Aaron Doran scored for the Caley jags opened the scoring in the 16th minute. The Dark Blues huffed and puffed but could not find an equaliser. Inverness CT 1 - 0 Dundee
  3. The dark blues hosted our neighbours from next door in tonight's Championship League game. Dundee huffed and puffed and never looked like even scoring never mind winning this game. Clark scored from the penalty spot after Declan McDaid lunged in on Liam Smith. Shankland scored after he disposed Nelson in the 64th minute. Dundee 0 - 2 Dundee United.
  4. Dundee were hosts to Morton tonight. The first half was a bit of a battle between both teams, with either side having a few chances on goal. Hemmings opened the scoring in the 63th minute and few moments later, Morton were all square with a Salkfield goal. Super sub Ness came on in the 75th minute and scored the winning goal in the 80th minute. It wasn't pretty but it was three points to the Dee. Dundee 2 - 1 Morton
  5. The dark blues headed south to Recreation Park to play Alloa in tonight's Ladbrooke's Championship match. McPake's team remained unchanged from Ayr United win last Friday. The only change was Ness in on the bench for Todd who was injured in that game. Hemmings opened the scoring on the 15th minute assisted by Declan McDiad. Hemmings made it two in the 39th minute when Hemmings volleyed a Marshal cross into the net. Mackie comes on as a sub and scores three minutes later and Hemmings has an assist. Alloa Athletic 0 - 3 Dundee
  6. The dark blues travelled to Somerset to play second position Ayr united. Dundee opened the scoring when McDaid hit a stunning strike past Doohan in the 16th minute. Dundee doubled their lead in the 32nd minute after McGowan was booked, hit the ball in anger past Doohan. Ayr United brought one back when McCowan headed past Hazard unchallenged at the left post. Ayr United 1 - 2 Dundee
  7. The Dark Blues lost after leading most of the game. McGowan scored in the 25th minute. Partick Thistle came out stronger in the second half and won the game with 10 minutes to go. Miller came back to haunt Dundee, and Gordon and Mansell complete the Partick Thistle win. Dundee 1 - 3 Partick Thistle
  8. The Dark Blues win at home and earn the three points today. Declan McDaid with two goals, in the 38th and 59th minute earn him man of the match. Dundee 2 - 0 Arbroath
  9. Dundee were away from home in this Friday night's Championship game against QOS. QOS scored in the 6th minute when a Dobbie shot hits the post and Hamilton scores on the rebound. The Dee equalised in the 11th minute. A Dorrans long free-kick finds McGhee who heads past McCrorie. QOS 1 - 1 Dundee
  10. The Dark Blues lose away to Morton after having plenty of chances but failed to find the back of the net. Grant heads Cadden's free-kick past Hamilton's right hand post on the stroke of half time. Morton 1 - 0 Dundee
  11. Dundee are out of the Tunnocks Tea cake cup after a a dismal display and defeat to 2nd division side Elgin. Cammy Kerr opened the scoring in the 26th minute with a stunning left footed shot from outside the box. However, it was Elgin who stole the show with a few minutes of madness which saw Elgin score two goals and the Dundee Keeper sent off. Omar scored a wonderful goal which left Ferrie with no chance and then a mix-up in defence left Ferrie seeing Red. Mackie with a dreadful opening game plays an awful pass back and Ferrie comes off his line and clashes with Hester. Sunderland fires the ball into the empty net and the ref then send off Ferrie. Dundee 1 - 2 Elgin
  12. This was a game where the two defences played their part today, as Dundee huffed and puffed to find the goal. Both sides coming close through out the game, but without making either keeper really work. Dundee 0 - 0 Inverness CT
  13. Dundee out. We've succeeded in snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Just need to focus on the league now.
  14. Well what can I say, 6 finally ends up 7 minutes after Madden thinks that the game magically has 6 minutes extra time on it. Raging, you better believe it..... Dundee 0 - 1 Celtic
  15. Another mistake in defence gifts Hearts an early goal as Dundee lose at Home. A scrappy affair in the box as O'Dea fails to clear the ball and gifts Clare an easy chance in front of goal. Dundee 0 - 1 Hearts.
  16. Rangers easily overturn the Dark Blues and come out 4 - 0 winners. Ex Dee Kamara opened the scoring in the first 4th minute and Tavernier made it two goals in the 8th minute. Morelos made it 3 in the 23 minute and Defoe made it 4 after coming off from the bench in the 89th minute. Full-time: Rangers 4 - 0 Dundee
  17. The Dark Blues come back to win away at Livingston to move ahead of Hamilton and take that 10th place spot. Byrne was sent off in the 14th minute. Halkett opened the scoring against the run of play. Dundee equalised from Nelson in the 54th minute. Scott Wright put the Dee ahead with a fantastic free-kick which left the keeper no chance. Livingston 1 - 2 Dundee
  18. Dundee are thumped out the Scottish by Queen of the South. Dobbie completes another hat-trick tonight and sends QOS through to play Aberdeen in the next round. QOS 3 - 0 Dundee
  19. Dundee lose all three points today thanks to a Turnbull 60th minute penalty. Dundee 0 - 1 Motherwell
  20. Dundee end 2018 with a defeat in what the St Johnstone fans call their Tayside Derby. St Johnstone opened the scoring in the first minute when a Tanser cross was deflected past Hamiton's top left corner. Dundee in all honesty were terrible today, and huffed and puffed against a well drilled St Johnstone side. The Dark Blues went down 2 -0 in the 58th minute. A well worked corner found Craig on his own and slammed the ball past McGowan who was standing on the Dundee goal line. Dundee 0 - 2 St Johnstone
  21. Dundee earn a great point today after going down to 10 men and keeping Rangers out. Kenny Miller opened the scoring in the 9th minute. However the Dee didn't stay in the lead long after Ralph brought down Daniel Candeias just outside the box and Andy Halliday scored from the free-kick. Kyle Lafferty had a goal chopped off for off-side and it was a big felt off for the Dark Blues. Dundee lasted the next 70 minutes and held out for a point that takes us above St Mirren in the league.
  22. Dundee beat Hamilton at Dens and get 3 points and are now 99% safe! Holt goal in the 18th minute. Parish saves a Imrie penalty kick in the last few minutes to keep us in the Scottish Premier league. Well done to the lads today, everyone of them fought tooth and nail.
  23. Rangers run rampant over a poor Dundee side. Goals from Miller 39', Morelos 68', Murphy 79', Candeias 90' means that Rangers run out 4-0 winners today.
  24. Go down 1 nil in the first few minutes and this brought us to life and we got an equalizer through Moussa in the 28th minute. A game I feel we could have gone on and won, but a point means that we are 4 points ahead of Partick. Dundee 1 - 1 Hearts
  25. Dundee dropped to a new low today with a 4 - 0 thrashing from St Johnstone. A own goal from Piggott (24' minutes og), Kane (37' minutes, 66' minutes), Alston (64' minutes). This was one of the worst games I have ever watched as a Dee.
