Now before anyone thinks this is a "Hartley must go thread", it isn't. I'm 110% behind him and believe he's the man to take us forward long term.

However, what I'm asking is, is his job under any threat? 2 absolute humiliations in league derbies, 1 home win all season, No league wins in over 2 months. Hartley has a lot of support at our club - but surely the board must be begining to have doubts?

Is he now what we can describe as "under pressure"?

He has learnt f**k all from the first horsing we got. Couldnt believe he took off Konrad and put on the Tank. We were 4-1 down Ffs. Should have been damage limitation. And to lose a goal in 30 seconds when it is our kick off is basic stuff.

He should be considering his position never mind the BoD.

He's under pressure certainly, but I think that pressure is as much from himself as it is from the board. He'll know that's unacceptable.

Still one of the most promising managers in Scotland in my book no matter how much I want to rant and rave today.

His job starts now. He's had the cash, he's got the academy, he has the supporters, now he has to deliver. The next two against the wee fermers and the wee weejies at Dens will be a real benchmark for where we really are just now. The season has a very long way tae go and survival still is objective number one. In Hartley we trust..... For now anyway

It should be he is only above 3 clubs all who have sacked there manager this season

If nothing else talk of extending his contract should be shelved for 12 months minimum

He quit when it got hot at Alloa so who knows maybe he will realise he is not the next Moriniho and take stalk

His job is only safe if he makes good decisions this month. Performances in past two months have been very poor, and a number of players haven't made the grade. He'll have to go if he doesn't clear out and upgrade. Keep the faith. I think he'll make it.

It's a no from me. Aye we got pumped but this season is all about survival. We can't keep changing managers, except when it was mad bomber in charge.

Nobody's saying to change manager we are just asking if he is now under pressure be it from the BOD, the fans even the media. We will now see if he can handle that pressure. It's a big step up from Alloa.

Hartley has one job this season and that is to keep Dundee in the Premier League. So far it looks like he'll achieve that.

We're all sickened to lose heavily to that lot but I think our board will see it as three points dropped in a long season. A derby defeat is insignificant when you are talking about the long-term stability of the club.

Getting rid of Hartley would achieve nothing...this is undoubtedly the most pressure he will have been under in his short and successful career but in a strange way he probably needs periods like this this to mature and really understand how to manage and get the best out of a relatively poor bunch of players, fortunately he has a small points cushion and I think he will come good so keep the faith guys the County game is now probably our biggest game of the season and we need to get right behind him on Sunday
