They must be made to sit through it all. Replays, slow motion, Gary Neville type analysis- the lot. If finger pointing goes on then so be it. If there is falling out between players or fights, I couldn't care less. Blame must be attached after that travesty and players must come out of the session understanding that performances like that are unacceptable.

I don't want to hear collective 'we are hurting', 'we need to put this right', I want to hear a few individual 'I ****** up and I am going to put it right'.

McGowan should run the session. I don't think any punches will be pulled.

Need to get back to solid defence and couple of new faces in team, no point kidding on you can just get a whole new team.

These guys had us in top 6 recently so some hard work and hopefully pick up a few wins.
