Despite Paddy Connolly putting the Arabs in front after just two minutes, Dundee would win run out winners in this Dundee Derby at Tannadice Park.

Keith Wright equalised on the thirteenth minute mark before Rab Shannon's free kick just after the half hour mark claimed the win for the Dee.

I was. Remember it like yesterday - we were stood halfway up the seggie at the side. Glorious sunshine to blizzards -Four seasons in one day and a great free kick from Rab.

Those were the days when you rocked up to the game, seen the tv trucks and equipment and thought "yes, we're on sportscene tonight or Scotsport tomorrow". I had this game "taped" for years and tucked away in one of those VHS cases that were made to look like an old book. I can probably remember every word of Archie's commentary  because I watched it so often ?
