Any manager worthy of the name would have had us running through brick walls today.

Hartley just cannot motivate and organise his players, this is a glaring weakness in his make up and it's been apparent for some time.

He has made us so easy to beat that it's a joke, it may not be the right thing to do but we are desperately needing a lift and that can only come from a new face in the dug out.
