Yeah comes across really well, been very impressed how professionally John has handled all of this! Not like that numpty over the road when sacking Mc Namara, he asked to borrow Steve Browns office in McDiarmid to do it, couldn't even wait to get back to the Dump.

I started the day highlighting my opinion of Nelms as MD and after listening to that interview I have the same opinion. Brave call getting Neil in as interim manager but 100% behind him. As the Bank of England CEO Mark Carney said...'I may get lots of small decisions wrong, but I get all the big ones right'.

A frank and honest interview, much respect for that, accepting that it was a gamble (despite what many on here think) whatever way it went and being classy enough to admit it instead of trying to balls out a 'we were right'.

Totally agree Chomp. The DAB'S and the Zombies could learn a lot from that interview.

I know he isn't everyone's cup of tea but I think Nelms doesn't just trot out the same old bullshit most folk in his position do. It seems to come much more from the heart.
