Alex Neil's first job in management was Hamilton and he hit the ground running. Hopefully McCann is a bit of a natural like Neil.

I'd love to know what the reaction of the players is. Do they see him a pundit out of his depth or a former top class footballer with some good ideas? Time will tell.
