Named after Savo Milošević who was a Serbian internationalist who played for Villa and was quite a big name in football (joined Villa for a record fee) around the time Milne come through.

It was mentioned a few weeks back on the official site when they did a feature on Milne before the Ross County game. I'd never really thought it come from anywhere before reading that.
