Coaching Staff - New Addition

Just wondering, does anybody know who the new guy was who was running the drills before the game yesterday? I've noticed him in the distant background in the video of McCann's first day (too far to really make him out apart from determining he's much smaller than Jimmy Boyle). For a while, I thought he was actually McCann as he looks quite similar to him from a distance.

On another note, it's interesting that Boyle's involvement with the first team squad seems to be over and he's not been pictured in any sessions and wasn't in the dugout yesterday. Could indicate there was maybe a bit of an issue with the relationship with the first team players or it's maybe, it's just been agreed to freshen things up and solidify McCann's authority to break with the last management (which could have maybe been a worry with McCabe sticking around).

He is the u20s Fitness coach, seen him around quite a bit over the course of the season. His name is Blair Doughty according to the official.

Strange you hadn't noticed him before, Harry. Blair's been our under 20s fitness coach for the past couple of seasons. He's come over from the dark side.
