Scored some really important goals and has been a pivotal factor in our season but f*ck me if he had scored some of his sitters he's missed we would be sitting pretty by now! WHAT A MISS! 

 

But it wont matter in the end because we will do the business on Wednesday if needed!

To be fair that's why he was available to be signed mid season as a free agent!

Couldn't believe his miss today, but if his finishing was on par with his hold up play he'd be at a better club than us.

He can score goals and create goals and he's a big presence but he'll never be a clinical finisher. Still, he's rescued our season so all is forgiven.

I thought the one against Hamilton at 0-0 was worse than today's; any touch and it was a goal

I do realise that is a bit like comparing a swift kick in the nuts to a rapid punch in the pus though.....both are bad.

How about the one last week at Killie. Didn't even hit the target. (although didn't cost us anything in the end).

A poor miss but as mentioned above if he was bagging all of them he wouldn't be with us. 

Without his hold up and link up we would be down by now imo.

Agree with all thats been posted so far, getting used to him converting 1 out of 3 or 4 good chances.

Does 'The Physical' job really well for us and is good at getting into the required finishing positions.

Can he net say 10 ? over the course of a full season ??

I'd be happy with that along with his link up play.

Pity he didn't pull the trigger in the first minute today, worth a go and sets the tone for the rest of the game ... not that I was dissapointed seeing a full 90 minutes of action for the first time in a long long while !

Yeah, great control and hold up play but needs to be MUCH sharper up front. The header from the centre of the goal was a crime.

Same as last week. Except he missed the target last week.
