Ribs are a fecker, I've done mine a few times over the years and even laughing hurts. He'll not be up for any training while his ribs are knackered, that's maybe part of the extension from a 'couple' of weeks up to the 3 to 4.

The annoying thing about losing McPake for up to 4 weeks is the amount of League games we play in January. Still 5 to go.Think there's only 5 in Feb/March combined.
