Team V St Johnstone

Recommended Posts

Will be an interesting line up to say the least. We must pick up points without a question of a doubt.

Need to stop shipping goals and become more solid overall.

                    Ban

Kerr     Hendry   O'Dea   Aurtenetxe

Deacon.  Kamara  Mcgowan  Holt

          Moussa    AJ

Need experience back in the team.

                      Bain

     Kerr    O Dea   Hendry   Holt

Deacon  Kamara  McGowan Wolters

             Moussa     El Bak

Bench - Waddell, Jonny A, Allan, O Hara, AJ

We haven't seen Meekings or Jonny A play so I wouldn't put them straight into such an important game, O Dea will have played a part in Hendry's development this season so they should be comfortable together

A solid midfield is needed, Kamara and McGowan together in the middle, Wolters adds a bit of dig and a good shot, we know what Deacon can do against full backs. Allan needs to get himself right and might benefit by starting from the bench coming on with instructions from what the boss has seen

Up front El Bak will keep his place as a reward for scoring against Rangers, Moussa will be used for some physical presence

I would guess it would more likely be a 4 4 1 1 with Allan and The Mouse but I still think we'll go with the 4 2 3 1, I just hope Allan is playing in the middle of the 3.

Only real players count and we're not even sure that Meekings exists - although that back 3 would do. If we had a better right wing back and you had Holt in for Williams that might even work.

Naaa... it wouldn't.
