I think over the past couple of games he has been very good, I was worried that hw would get sent off or give away penalties and free kicks but he has proved me wrong. He surely cant be dropped playing like this

Played well last night again but I think their forwards style suited his game.Dont think he's got quick enough feet when faced with small tricky strikers though. The wee lad Mallan could be tricky for him on Saturday.

He battered Rooney into submission on Saturday and did the same to Magennis last night. 2 huge performances. Keeps playing like that and he's an automatic first pick. Shown great attitude as well considering he's had to wait for his chance this season.

The CH area now has good cover with McPake, Gadzhalov, Davo and Konrad. Full back areas stull a concern.

Well done... Blew it now praising him. Sent off and a penalty on Saturday!

Just kidding, just yeah he had done well to work his way into the team. Shows that hard work and determination, Along with a slight injury crises gave him his chance.

Fair play on him for taking his chance and doing well. He's a hard bassa, and is suited in certain games. Likewise, as has been said by another poster - hes struggles a bit against nippy forwards and can be prone to giving away fouls. But the same can be said about McPake, who has been excellent this season IMO.

Davidson excellent last night. Still not sure about Godzilla, it's early days. Doesn't seem to be the dominant centre half type like McPake. I've noticed he lets Davidson go for the aerial challenges and waits to pick up the crumbs. As I say, though, early days and we'll find out soon enough if he's the biz.

Cant header a ball for Toffee. Think he will drop out when McPake . d Gadz are fully fit.

Have you actually seen any of the last 2 games? Hardly lost a ball in the air against 2 big forwards. Dominated them both all game.

Might drop out, unfairly at the minute, but to say he's not decent in the air is nonsense.

10 bob head. There have been a number of free headers that go the opposite way he wants to, usually to opposition. Cant see him starting if all CHs are fit. As for hardly losing a ball in the air, there CF was controlling high balls on his chest with no challenge last night numerous times. Killie havent scored in open play for about 3 months for a reason. They're pish.

Right back is fine with McGinn, Irvine and Kerr. Left... yes need cover.

Davo was excellent against Killie. He has been a liability at CB in the past but if Hartley can get him playing consistently well out of position like he has done with Irvine then that's great.
