It is coming to the end of another year, we will kiss goodbye to 2017 and welcome 2018, but first we will see of Christmas and a list of fixtures before we twiddle our thumbs for nearly a whole month without Watching the famous Dark Blues.

We have three fixtures left of this Year, Motherwell, Celtic and St Johnstone and as the last 24 hours have shown, anything could happen in Scottish football.

So, what have been your highs and lows of this last year? Was Paul Hartley being sacked a high or low for you? Getting to drink a Beer at the game even though it was probably watery pish?

Let us know! :)

I loved Habers last minute winner vs Motherwell at Dens to really make us believe we could stay up and also the 5-1 game at Well.

Theres also pumping the Zombies twice at Dens.

Kerrs last minute winner vs Hearts also up there.

High point - beating Utd in LC

Low point - either Hamilton pumping that got Hartley the sack or 7-0 from the sheep

Most emotional moment - final whistle at Fir Park in McCann’s first game

High point: United being totally outclassed by a Dundee side that was still getting to know each other

Low point: The body language of Gomis during the run that got Hartley sacked

ffs Gomis.  How far we have come in many ways.  Area 51, the Bermuda Triangle and how DFC managed to avoid relegation with Kevin Gomis in the team.  Three global mysteries.

High points

5-1 away to Motherwell. Great performance, great result and an away day to remember.

The stadium development plans starting to take off has been pretty special as well. Hopefully good news on that front soon.

Low points

The manner in which PH’s time at the club came to an end. Dissapointing for a guy that filled many of us with much hope during his first couple of seasons.

The lack of a decent striker this season. Hopefully rectified soon.

Most bizarre moment

The new managerial appointment. McCann leaves, Jack Ross chased to Benidorm, Who’s coming in... McCann returns.  Bat shit nutty.

Highlight - The three games following McCanns appointment. The closest thing to a Deefiant feeling we've had in donks.

ElBaks volley against the banjo pluckers was quite special.

Greg Dochertys goal in May.

Lowlight - 2017 is still the year we had four pumpings from Hamilton Accies. Plus 7-0 vs Aberdeen - biggest defeat in my time as a Dundee fan.

I think you mean.... actually I have no idea what you mean tbh.

I'm guessing he means the winner v Hearts at the death to make it 3-2.

That crossed my mind but it wasn't Motherwell and it wasn't even this year.

I thought it was maybe the 3-2 win at Fir Park to give us hope.

?

I got that post horribly wrong tbh. I included the 3-2 vs hearts (and 3-0 vs saints) before realising they were 2016, then I tried to reword it by deleting rather than re-typing and made a james blunt of it.

Haber vs well - last minute at Fir park. Best bounce there since the league cup game years ago!

for clarity - Kerr is Kerr Waddell - not Cammy Kerr and obviously referencing the 2-1 game.

Pretty terrible original post all told ?
