Maybe he is one o; the less assertive refs (the shyer kind)

And in recent games, mair & mair players have been takin'

the pee oot o' him. He's still learning more basic, effective

approaches, of dealing with personal confrontaion, at the

New Assertion & Personal Anger Management Classes :lol2:

The kick out is hilarious. I honestly think he's done that and just assumed that it was so ridiculous that he imagined it.

It feels like every time I watch foreign games these days, Scottish referees come out of it looking quite good.

In my opinion two wrongs do not make a right.

The player sent off after being kicked the referee has had the red card overturned.

Nantes are calling for the ref to be banned for six months.

Having slept on it this is the excuse the ref has come up with for kicking the player... "When I collided with Diego Carlos, I felt a sharp pain in an area where I had suffered a recent injury. In a terrible reflex, I stretched out my leg to the player. This clumsy gesture was inappropriate."

I think the fallout would reach far and wide but......

Collum would never ref another game at any level and Gowser would enhance his near legendary status.

I'd think wee Wullie & Gowser are good pals now, after the excellent 'protection' offered to Gowser during the recent McDiarmid game
