Line up today!

Dundee team: Bain, Irvine, Dyer, McPake, Gadzhalov, Davidson, Thomson, McGowan, McAlister, Stewart, Harkins

Subs: Letheren, Konrad, Ferry, Harris, Clarkson, Tankulic, Wighton

Harris and the Tank out. Intersting to see how he lines up today to me it looks likely it could be 352 with irvine and dyer proving width? Hope im wrong as dont like big changes in formation

Has to be 3 at the back doesnt it? If its not then we have absolutley zero width as cant see stewart playing anywhere else but through the middle today. Unless Harkins as a lone striker..... surely not! Maybe Godzilla is a secret number 9

From that team I can only see

-------------Stewart----------

-------------Harkins----------

----Jmac-------------MacG-----

Dyer--------Thomson--------Irvine

---Davo----Mcpake----Gadz----

Anyone else any ideas?

I'm hoping we'll stick with a back four as a change in formation could cause problems.

When he was signed, it was suggested that Gadz could play defensive mid. So I'm hoping the same back four as started against Killie and Gadz and Thomson sitting with Jimmy Mac and Harkins in the middle.

Not keen on Davo in midfield, as he ball chases and leaves loads of gaps. However he's shown pretty well at CB recently.

Kinda hope so too mate, but thats a big change in our midfield personnel AND formation AGAIN! Just not convinced with serious lack of width and I think McGowan isnt as effective wide. Anyway, Hartley will have his reasons behind it, here's hoping it pays off.
