Hampdens finished. The SFA should do the right thing and move to Murrayfield, it's a superb stadium and can have a cracking atmosphere. But the SFA will no doubt stay in Glasgow to appease the old firm and there fans!!!

Redevelop Hampden again although, as has been said I very rarely visit. I support Dundee and absolutely detest the ‘Tartan Army’ cringefest.

That pretty much saved me typing out a response. (even though I just have...)

A greenfield site, with good public transport & motorway links, somewhere in the Stirling area, would have been a forward-thinking decision 20 years ago.

The dinosaurs who rule both rugby & football associations couldn’t manage any form of compromise so each went their own way, jointly spending more on two archaic hemmed-in stadia than a new stadium would have cost.

They’ll never agree & we’ll end up with another half-arsed ‘solution’.

Me too. Hate that phrase. See you Jimmy kilt stuff is indeed cringeworthy, though I like the kilt normally.

Football's not for larking about! Makes us more of a joke nation though they're all at it.

Not fond of 'Flower of Scotland' either unless it's played faster. Dirge otherwise.

Murrayfield is a great arena. A bowl bit like Celtic Park. Saw Celtic v Reykjavik there.

Oh yes, bin the granny rule. Makes a mockery of international game. Then I might support Scotland again. The feeling has gone and I'm not sure why....

Hampden for me. A large portion of the SFA's revenue going to rugby is just not on. If we moved to Murrayfield we would 100% regret it. The stadium is not designed for football anymore than Hampden.

Play at Hampden when it's at least going to be 70% full. Play at Tynecastle when it isn't.

If the SFA don't want to spend money on a proper International stadium (unlike the botched re-development of Hampden)

It has to be Murrayfield. World class stadium. Proven at staging big football matches.

Is it? I really don't get it, it just has the exact same issue as people complain about with Hampden being too far away from the pitch but intensified much worse.
