Pretty naive for a 30 year old to get involved with opposing fans. Realise he must have been disappointed but stupid to react. Someone said it was a 2nd yellow but now seems to be a straight red. Farce refereeing. Cifti kicks and cheats for the 2 games and gets booked for talking back. Thugs.

It would be far from ideal if we knacker ourselves chasing shadows at Parkhead only to lose and then face a Tayside derby 60 hours later.

I see your point, but on the other hand St. Johnstone are scheduled to play at the weekend and then Wednesday next week. Is it really any better a situation to have them coming in after playing games while we have sat idle for a couple of weeks? Add in that Kamara and McGowan would be unavailable for selection.

I think in the big picture maybe it would be better to play Septic next Wednesday as well, and let's see what we've got in Curran for a full 90, maybe even Lambert, maybe Randy's last kick at the cat in saving his Dundee career? Maybe we'll be pleasantly surprised by what happens in the midfield with a group that should be hungry to stake a claim in the team.

Professional footballers should have no problem playing twa games in 4 days plus Saints are doing it too so it shouldn't matter. Also if it all goes pear shaped in Glasgow then we know we have Kamara and McGowan available again for the crucial game against Perth and if it happens to go well then the manager will have some competition for places in midfield.

I vote for getting that game rearranged for midweek next week if possible.

You might be right. I just don't want to lose to St Johnstone and hear the manager come out and say we were jaded from Parkhead when we have the power to delay the Celtic game for another time.

We should only play on Wednesday night if we're confident the players will be 100% come Saturday afternoon. If we're playing at 90% and the fermers are half a yard sharper that could cost us.
