Website Update: Removed Lettered Avatars

Hi,

I have removed the lettered Avatars from the forum yesterday, as they were causing speed issues with the forum speed and look. This is due to a couple of bugs with the IPS software which I hope gets sorted soon.

I have enabled the old style for the time being.
