Someone genuinely mentioned van der Vaart to me a few weeks back so it'll be interesting to see how he, Berbatov and Gardyne all link up.

Not sure if that's a reliable enough source 

Good luck to the boy though. Certainly doesn't look like a bad player whenever I've seen him. The standard of the 20s is ridiculously high right now and it's really competitive for places, it's a shame but we can't always afford to keep everyone around and Jeffries has obviously come in and looked good.

Felt a bit sorry for him when he come on in midfield against St Johnstone as he was out of his most comfortable position and obviously we didn't have Gowser or Kamara to help him through.

Not a rumour but I think we should be looking at Kal Naismith. Just released from Portsmouth (League 1)  and has a decent scoring record down there, 18 goals in 81 appearances. Not bad for a winger and he's 6ft 4in according to Wiki! Still only 26.
