I asked fans Rep Colin Reid by email and he responded to say that a price could not be agreed by both clubs so the rules are that the prices revert to normal for that game...i.e £25 and £15.

Would be good if he promoted this news via forums , etc!!

Agreed!! Society directed a fair few emails regarding prices to Colin to respond to, was glad to hear it was due to non agreement rather than the club setting the prices so high, they really should communicate it better tho

As I don't know Colin Reid personally, you could let him know he is always welcome to visit this site and post about the Dee's.

Which team wanted to reduce the prices??? The fact the club have not made any statement, does this not suggest it was Dundee that didn't agree to reduced prices???  Maybe it was Aberdeen happy to reduce the prices but Dundee wouldn't agree. This would not surprise me.

Wonder what kind of crowd will be there... 5000... if they are lucky??  I'm a season ticket holder and attend most away matches but i'm not going. I can afford to go but i want to make a small protest.  The whole thing stinks!!l

I was told that Dundee have twice went to Aberdeen about reducing prices, when the draw was made and then again when it was announced on TV. Both times they were knocked back.

If that's the case I can't understand why Dundee do not come out and make a statement saying Aberdeen have knocked back a request to reduce prices. Can't really see the problem.

Not sure Aberdeen will bring as many as folk think. If there are 7000 at the match then fair doos...  decent crowd considering
