Bitchplz.

we've been relegated numerous, numerous times. Most of those times in worse nick than now and add to that, we've been at deaths door through a load of transfer windows.

Is it important? Aye.

One of the most important ever? Come on now.

I’ll change that to recent times...

I see @RossDee01 is saying elsewhere that alongside Curran, we're after Michael Gardyne too.

Harrowing if true.

Just what i’ve heard. No better than what we’ve got so hopefully it’s a load of sh**e.

But sadly probably still better than the likes of Mendy and Elton 😩

Sadly both Curren and Gardyne are better than what we have. Both would be better than Nabi, Mendy, Moussa and Elton. Do I want them, then no, but they would add strength to our bench, but ultimately I believe we need players who are better than our first choice eleven so we should be looking elsewhere than them.

They'll give us other options. Good workrate from both players too so should add something to the squad. We're in a hole so JM needs players he can trust.

Totally agree Rev.

While it's not exactly inspiring to be linked to these guys,  we've no time to bed players in so getting in guys the manager's worked with before seems sensible.

They're known quantities to the manager, he'll know (or at least think he knows) their character and if they'll be up for the fight. I can understand why some aren't too enthusiastic but they know the league and while maybe not world beaters they've proved themselves at this level. At least they're not 'projects'.

I would imagine that most, if not all of the players that JM is looking at will be well known to him. This is the level we are at and the more or less the level of what will be available from next week. I've no doubt we will get the inevitable 'good guy w**k' debate on here but as usual it will be down to expectations. Trust in McIntyre for a wee while at least.

The w*nk classification seems to be based on former clubs more than anything else a lot of the time too.

I'll be pleased to see three or four ex-County players come in as McIntyre will know exactly what they offer and how to get the best from them.

Agreed, we have tried the 'lets try and find a gem' route, that hasn't worked. We need experience, we need players that are used to this level that know the Scottish game, I have full faith in McIntyre bringing in what's required.
