Jamie Walker or Michael O'Halloran would be an excellent addition for a loa.. We rely far too much on young wingers who're not yet good enough to start every game IMO. 1

Thistle fans were also claiming Woods was crap. He's no world-beater but Woods is exactly the type we need right now. Doolan maybe just needs a change of surroundings, almost 10yrs at Thistle now and he's possibly gone a bit stale. Languishing in the lower reaches of the Championship maybe isn't the ideal place to inspire him. He's 32yrs old now though so it is concievable that he is done.

Whilst I'm not desperate for us to sign Kris Doolan he is someone I'd be interested in if the deal suited, a short term swap deal, maybe Mendy or Moussa, if that suited both parties. The deal could maybe give him the incentive to up his game and give him a confidence boost. I honestly think he's someone who could do a 'David Clarkson' and go on a scoring run. That would lessen the weight on Kenny Miller's shoulders. His goals have been carrying the team and we need other options. 1

Not an amazing forward but Thistle were pretty brutal last season, it was pretty amazing they avoided the automatic drop. Doolan & Erwin would give us decent options in attack and would likely offer more than Moussa & Mendy.
