How to get Rangers, Hearts and Hibs back into the Premiership.. via the back door!

Not sure about everyone else, but I think he was wrong to say this even if that is how he felt. As someone in a prominent position as himself, I think he should have said no comment when asked.

So, what is different about these clubs to warrant a get out of jail free card?

I have to agree with both sentiments

Strachan has really gone down in my estimation and I think he forgets where he started his career at. I can't remember any other Scottish manager plucking someone out of the Championship (or the old 1st Division) and give them a full cap. I was just going to say it's only because it is Rangers.... but this is not Rangers, this is The Rangers.

I would rather go to Dens and watch  Dundee play Hearts, Hibs and Rangers ( obviously, not all at once ) in the Premiership, rather than the likes of Ross County etc.

So would I, but not on the back of teams who deserve to be in the Premier, ie, by getting promoted fairly.

If there was to a league construction solely just to get those three back into the Premiership, I as a Dee would feel hard done by, especially after all these years we came second, and second unlike the other leagues didn't mean damn squat.

I personally think this play off (I really believe it should be 2 up 2 down) was long over due and the fact they knew The Rangers and Hearts were going to be in the Championship, then the change was made. Call me cynical, and maybe I am wrong about this, but it sure looks that way.

Strachan et al had the chance tae hae a'body an their mither in the top league wi reconstruction a couple o years back an bottled it. If they'd listened tae the fans instead o massaging their massive ego's and salaries there would have been a fairer system in place now. The ugly sisters woulda still had two pops at each other (at least) and the little Celtic an Rangers fae Edinburgh woulda still been showing us their utterly dull pish in the Prem just now. careful what y'wish for Mr Strachan. I wonder (theoretically of course) if he'll be shouting as loud if the Glesgae jokers got their dream move tae guffland? Somehow I doubt it!
