We are now three days away from the January Transfer window. JM has basically said 'hold on to your seats' as there will be a lot of activity at Dens Park with players going out and coming in.

So lets have your thoughts, hopes and dreams in what the manager should be doing, and discuss the transfers as they happen.

Hopefully 2019 will be a better year than 2018 and we can survive this drop.

We genuinely have to replace the entire squad apart from K Miller and maybe Woods/Ralph.

Neil McCann might have been a hero at the club previously but he has really got us in the sh*t now. Arrogant prick who can shove his philosophy up his a**e.

If I’m being realistic though I think we will only see maybe 4-5 new faces come in.

Agreed.

JM will surely have targeted around double that number but I think will only land the number you suggest. A combination of players not wanting to come here and no chunt wanting to take any of NM's duds.

Keep K Miller Kerr and Ralph, put Parish in goal.

If the Americans are going to back the busted flush we need 3CHs 5 midfielders and a forward.

If McIntyre gets that surely even he can’t make an a**e of not finishing above StMirren and Hamilton.

We need to get McCann back in a job like at Albion Rovers or something so he can take his player with him 😂 What a mess he has left us, I said it at the start, his legacy will hurt us for years. Hope McIntyre can bring in the players required.

yep thats the biggest problem, how do we find the rquired quality whilst getting rid of the sh**e , jm’s got some job on his hands

It’s going to be very difficult to get the players we need in and I’m intrigued to see what happens. Not many quality players are going to look at the league table and think playing for Dundee is a good career move.

We can’t afford to have Hamilton in the goal. Need a keeper that gains us points not loses them. Personally I’d just put Parish in the goal.

Need a new centre back plus bring back Waddell. Get rid of Boyle and Innes.

Need a right back. Need a left back.

Need a right winger. Need a left winger.

Need a defensive midfielder. Need an attacking midfielder.

Need another striker.

Lot of money that is going to cost Keyes but that’s what’s needed to sort Nelms/McCanns f**k ups

I have a feeling that Keyes will put his hand in his pocket and use his own cash to pay off players.

I think regardless of what league we are in next year, there has to be a major rethink of how this club runs from top to bottom. Some real hard truth's need to come out and maybe heads need to roll.

While as a fan, I loved watching new players come into the club over the last 5 years, but I also believe that this philosophy has been our biggest downfall.  We really could do with stability on the park for a few years and not this revolving doors policy.
