Nothing on Spence, Moussa, Elton, Mendy and Madianga though since they were told they're free to leave. I can see most of them sticking around to earn their wage at Dundee.

Moussa's deal runs out in the summer so we'll probably come to an agreement with him pretty soon I imagine.

Transfermrkt say he's a central midfielder who can play on both the left and right, so he might be a bit similar to Woods like you say.

That's Greg Tansey now a free agent with Aberdeen confirming his departure. It'll be very interesting to see where he ends up next. Comes with a bit of baggage but you'd think he'll end up somewhere in the bottom six.

Don't know if it has been said but I see Partick Thistle have received a formal enquiry from another Scottish club about the availability of Chris Erskine, which has been accepted.

300 appearances, gets up and down the park and scores the odd goal (around 1 in 5). Left sided and has a bit of height too. Bit ungainly but fairly effective imo. Quite like him.

I think we'll be linked with every left sided player who's available. Wouldn't be surprised if he's somewhere on JM's list though.

Talking of Partick, I see Caldwell has a shocking 9% win record.

Despite being bottom of the league Caldwell has refused to give up on his principles.

"I believe a passing game will always win us games and I'll stick to that."
