Could be a good signing as an attacking option but we couldn't depend on him being fit enough to be first-choice for the rest of the season.
Guest Posted 31 December 2018 Posted 31 December 2018 As what @Cobra stated on another thread; This window probably won't be one you will get excited about, in terms of the type of signings. But tbh, we need players that will work their arses off, put in the effort and dig and who are up for the fight. Certain players work better under certain managers, got to trust that McIntyre will get the best out of him.

Being completely honest, that type of player will get me excited as it is exactly what we need and will tell me that McIntyre is going in the right direction to save our season. Far too many 'luxury' players in our squad atm who only play when they can be arsed. Give me hard graft and a bit of dig in a relegation scrap any day. Edited 31 December 2018 by Ricky Spanish 1
gblue Posted 31 December 2018 Posted 31 December 2018 He’s got to be better than Moussa, of course that’s not difficult

The grafters need to have a decent level of ability too though and I'll take decent players that know how to scratch, fight and dig. If we can find a diver that will win us penalties I'll even take that.
steve61 Posted 31 December 2018 Posted 31 December 2018 Surprised Craig Curran is crossing the road as he signed a 3 year deal in July.

bjs Posted 31 December 2018 Posted 31 December 2018 I happy enough with Curren. He’s better than Mendy and will provide good cover for Kenny Miller. Similar type of player who puts himself about, has a great work ethic and will chase lost causes. Hopefully we sign a target man striker also. However, I hope we’re not giving those dab pricks any sort of transfer fee.
