I'm expecting the 'the window doesn't really affect us-we can still sign free agents line' to be rolled out soon

Although in fairness the board seem to be backing their man again, so maybe not.

Could be an interesting few days, hopefully see some of the guys told they're free to go leaving too.

 

The online Daily Record has Tidser signing a pre-contract for Falkirk, so that looks dead

I thought Deacon was a bit better on Saturday, certainly compared to last week. The cynic in me suggests that he will realise that he has to be  seen playing to win a new contract  whether it be with Dundee or anybody else. That may play in our favour. Wouldn't keep him after his contract though.

OYS just tweeted from what looks like a porta cabin re looming transfers. They've obviously had to downsize after Terry got punted.

Hopefully it’s either Kamara off to rangers or one of their other clients on our books moving on! To be honest I can’t remember exactly who they represent for us anyone?

Kamara has a Scottish agent now. He switched a wee while back. Same mob that represented Hendry with his move to Celtic.

Being reported this morning that sevco have offered £50k for Kamara. You just knew they'd leave it until as close to deadline day as possible to come in with a paltry bid, in the hope that we're desperate to sell.

Were this true, would anyone here say to them "Stuff your £50k, he is staying with us until end of contract"

Or just contain the feelings of being walked on and in all humility, gratefully accept what is being offered

He hasn't been in a single Dundee FC squad in 2019.

He is never going to play for us again.

At least we're getting something back on him.

Just disappointing we couldn't get anyone decent on loan from them too as part of a deal.
