  1. 1. What are you expecting when the Dee visit New Douglas Park?

  2. 2. Who should be in the starting XI?

Zero football played by either team. Typical Macintyre performance trying to grind out a result against one of the poorest teams in the league. This is how things will be in every game from now on. Zero football with the emphasis being on trying to grind out a result and they expect fans to pay big money to watch what is nothing but rubbish.

A pity it didn't work. Was hoping for a win but surely a Dee team that has not played together, ever, against a major relegation rival and comes away with a draw is something to celebrate.

Gutted, it's a bad result. It's a team we scudded 4-0 last time we played them.

I don't trust McIntyre, but all I can do is hope that when the rollercoaster stops this season we are somehow going to land in tenth place.

You could say it's a good result as half the team only met each other and the manager yesterday or a couple of weeks ago.

I know what you are saying but when does it end will we be saying it’s a new set of players it’s only there 3rd game together they need time to gel.

thing we don’t have time for that imo of course

Was a draw although you would think it was a defeat reading some of the posts.

I wasn't there, but it sounds like we had another defensive balls up to throw away 2 points in the 90th minute against one of our 2 main rivals.

It's still raw and people will obviously be gutted.

I think what is most disappointing is that this was a massive 3 points which would have taken us up to 10th and we could have kicked on from there and widened the gap.

To lose right at the death is just horrible :(

On a more positive note, who would have thought we would have been in this position in the first place? It looked like we were done for a couple of months back and seemed like forever we were rooted to the bottom of the table.

All is not lost and sounds like our new signings made impressive debut's which has to be encouraging once everyone gels.

Gents

The games against each other when we go into the split will be the deciding factor, St Mirren were pumped today, we had a new team that will only improve and if we can pick up a couple of results like we did against Hearts it will stand us in good stead,  Excluding Celtic, Rangers and possibly Aberdeen we can take points off everybody else.

To be fair, the stramash at the end was quite unfortunate. Same old story but it was a weird build up and I think the 'keeper ended up needing to try and put pressure on and then our disorientation and spin of the ball were perfect for the thing to break.

Good performance for 5 new players in. I think we look a much stronger side but need to gel quick. I thought we got better as the game went on but some decision making could have been better, Wright played well but you could see he's lacking experience. A few bits of miscommunication where we panicked but that will be improved I hope.

It doesn't count for anything and we don't think in that way as Dundee fans but I think any objective neutral would say we're marginally most likely of the bottom three to come out on top - that's pretty much the Sportsound summary from the bit I heard.

I don't think Killie will waltz into Dens and take the points IMO.

Simple solution then fella,   if you feel that strongly  about the way the manager sets the team up to try and get the points needed to survive in this division and it gets to you much then dont go and watch, simple as that, save yourself the angst and frustration and see what pans out watching Jeff on Soccer Saturday.

I see games all the time where teams see out games in the opposition half. Never seems to happen when Dundee are a goal ahead though. We sit too deep and either concede or have a massive left-off.

I'd like to see Woods and Ccurran take a seat, but they're County boys so I don't see it happening. Nelson or Miller need to be on from the start, and then if we get ahead then Ccurran should be the late sub to see out the game. Right now I think JM has it backwards regards to our forwards.

An injury time equaliser hurts though especially now given our situation.
