Would have given him fehv but he picked Kusunga 😉

Could have been worse he could have picked O'Dea, best of a difficult situation

The fact that JM has picked  pretty much same players for the last six games is a real show of confidence in his team. When, before JM, did we last see an unchanged eleven?

Correct staring 11. Subs looked a little better than previously - and one was enforced.

However, is it just me or does Gowser just look like he doesn't really know exactly where he's meant to be playing when he comes on into games? He didn't do badly, but there's just an element of him looking a little out of sorts.

I didn't think so.  For me the midfield became a lot more dynamic after he came on and he created a variety of options which we didn't have in the first half.

I do agree that the options of McGowan, Miller, O'Dea and Jesse Curran being substitutes suggest a strong starting line up.

Completely agree, but I think, for me, that was more an indicator of how Hadenius played rather than how good Gowser was. In fairness, Gowesr got MUCH more involved in the play though.

And completely agree with that mate.

It's a wee bit hard NOT to give JM a 5* for a win. But I gave him a 4* ... And I think that sounds fair.

Picking up the three points here, will have done him & his players the world of good. I don't think he has been lacking confidence, but in his more quiet moments, he must have been starting to wonde,r when this illusive DFC win wis actually gonna happen ... Let's hope he, players & us can take it from there.
