  1. 1. What do you expect will happen when the Dee host the Hibees?

  2. 2. Which 11 players should be starting?

  3. 3. How will Dundee's season end?

    • 10th place or better
    • Success in the play-offs

Dundee face Hibs on Friday for the first time since Paul Heckingbottom took over at Easter Road.

Can the Dee record a first win over Hibs since 2012?

Would be inclined to stick with (almost) the same team. O’Dea in for Kusunga would probably be my only change. Depends on what the manager is seeing from O’Sullivan and Robson in training too. Are either or both of them injured? We’ve yet to see either of them given a decent chance to show what they can do.

I’m fairly optimistic we can get a positive result but we’ll need to get our shooting boots on and not pass up as many great chances as we did on Saturday

I wonder if we should play J Curran on the right just to stop Dales repeatedly blasting the ball towards row Z.

I’d persist with Dales just now - his movement is really good. He stays wide, stretches defences and creates gaps for others to capitalize on when many others would be drawn inside looking for the ball. Lots of positives to his game from what I’ve seen BUT his final ball & finishing have both been pretty poor so far. If he can improve those in the coming games, he’ll be a real threat.

The same team that started against Livi should start against Hibs in my opinion. The only change worth considering is McGowan or Robson for Andreas.

As for Jesse, no chance should he start ahead of Dales. Jesse is still very naive when it comes to defending and therefore until he learns that side of the game and cuts the liabilities there he should be a squad player not a starter.

Agree with most of this although I thought Andreas did OK in his time on the park against Livi but I understand why he was subbed and that sub maybe had a big influence on us winning the game.  Did OK imo and was far from anonymous like a few have been saying.  He's there as a defensive mid predominantly and in the last season and a bit that is a position that Gowser has generally shown he struggles with.

I think if we could stop Woods taking free-kicks and get Dales to pass instead of shoot we'd have a far greater threat in the final third.
