What's Our Worst Stat of the Season?

Recommended Posts

So many to choose from.

Mines has to be one home league win all season.

£350 to see your team win one home game out of 18.

17 times out of 18 I, and thousands of others walked out of Dens without seeing our team win.

Second worst stat for me is 26 league defeats out of 36 league games so far.

Final one has to be 4 wins in 40 games against teams from the top two divisions.

Well done to all concerned.

Fans should be getting partial refunds and cut price season tickets for next season instead of meaningless word filled statements.

As it stands, Dundee have conceded 75 goals this season. Only two other teams have conceded more goals than this in the era of a 12 team top flight, with Dunfermline conceded 82 in the 11/12 season (where McIntyre managed the side until March) and Gretna conceding 85.

In addition, since the inaugural 12 team season, our current goal difference of -47 is the second worst with only Livingston in 05-06 with -54 and Gretna in 07-08 with -51 worsing us. It's possible that it may get worse.

Also, Genseric Kusunga is the third highest goals per minute player in the team with the exception of Andrew Nelson and Kenny Miller. He has scored one goal and two own goals - taking his tally to a goal every 545 minutes (Kenny Miller averaging every 270 minutes and Nelson averaging every 100 minutes).

I'll raise that. Livi were meant to be the guaranteed team to overtake, even more so that St M and Hamilton. Livi currently have the same points, 44, as us and St M combined. Also, we haven't seen our team win at home since December 5th. 11 games and 5 months ago.

From memory I think that the only other home win this season was against Brechin City of League One in the League Cup and Brechin have just been relegated to League Two.

How about this one ? We have been on level pegging at half time in 20 of our 36 league games , so everything to play for in more than half the games with 45 minutes to go ,great chance to pick up points in 2nd half ? ........We have lost 15 and won 1 out of those games !!  They should get LOSERS tattooed on their foreheads
