Cobra Posted 3 August 2019 Report Share Posted 3 August 2019 He's certainly not sh**e at this level. He scored 4 for Ayr at Tannadice last season so today shouldn't surprise anyone. He also finished last season with 6 goals in 17 games as the a**e fell out of Ayr's season. Long way to go yet. It's handy having a poacher who can prowl around the six-yard box to take advantage of piss-poor defending but winning the league requires a solid, balanced team. An Inverness squad woefully short of players have succeeded in making Dundee and United look very good in the last week but you can't play Inverness every week.
Valentke Posted 3 August 2019 Report Share Posted 3 August 2019 There is going to be lots of goals in the champ this season. I can see Danny, Nisbet, Rankland and Jobie all 20+ league goals.

Maybe other teams can surprise such as Dunfermline and Partick.
CW 90+3 02/05/16 Posted 3 August 2019 Report Share Posted 3 August 2019 Not going to lie. Shankland scoring 4 for them on his league debut against one of the favourites for the league cannot be spun in to anything other than bad news for us. 3
Cobra Posted 3 August 2019 Report Share Posted 3 August 2019 Kenny Miller smashing in a hat-trick against Hamilton must have made Accies and Saints fans nervous last season. The thing is you still only get three points when a player scores a hat-trick and you need to do it all again the following week.

He will score goals this year mate, that’s inevitable, however we seen the other week at Dens that Inverness are not as strong as last year and will probably finish mid table in this league.
Cobra Posted 3 August 2019 Report Share Posted 3 August 2019 If any Dees own a corner shop and Shankland pops in for some groceries before the derby, you know what to do.

Clarkson went on a 8 goal spree for us and then never scored again.... Teams will soon learn how to nullify him and his role and I am sure like last season, his goals rate will dry up and the funny farm will have to learn how to score goals elsewhere!

Gents, Where was Shankland when East Fife Pumped them, as said by another Poster K Miller scored 3 of his 8 goals for Dundee in a single game.

I wonder why they didn't on Saturday though - it's not like he's a new face?
