Why not try and win [the league] - it's there to be won. It might seem impossible, but I look at Leicester City a few years ago and everybody said it was impossible for them to win the league.

St Mirren were "bigger than Dundee" a few years ago. Now they're seemingly far bigger. That guy really is an imbecile. Can't wait to replace them in the top flight.

When you read the St.M chairman's 'he left of his own free will' version of events surrounding Kearney's departure, and his view of realistic aims for St.M's future, it becomes easier to understand how Tony F has managed to arrive at his conclusions regarding St.M's 'rightful place' in Scottish Football hierarchy.
