Think having ticket sales being in the club shop might deter sales of merchandise. Could be wrong, and the need to go in to buy tickets is an important way of getting supporters into the shop. does Provan want the the current ticketing system to continue?

The more people at the game the more passing trade they get. Reckon the Club Shop see's its best sales on match day.

It certainly puts me off going in on a match day. I've went up once and it was a nightmare with people queuing for tickets. without going over old done to death ground I think that the ticketing policy needs looked into for next season

There will be no doubt in that Ludo but maybe they would sell even more merchandise on a match day of the place wasn't mobbed with supporters queuing for tickets

I've never seen the shop mobbed with people queuing for tickets. The ticket queue is usually from the desk to the door then outside if required and is generally marshalled by a steward. That leaves the rest of the shop pretty well open to anyone that wants to browse and / or buy.

Or even just use the ticket window that seems to be totally redundant.

At least by using the shop people will get some warmth / shelter when buying tickets. If they opened the window only the usual suspects would moan about having to queue in the cold and rain.

Lose lose situation for the club IMO.

Club ShopThe club has extended its current contract with Provan Sports for another 3 years. Together we are exploring expansion of the available product during peak salestimes and work is proceeding at pace to allow an early 2015-16 kit launch.

Good to hear that we are on track to get next seasons kit out early unlike previous seasons.

The delay in getting kits released has been a disappointment in recent years so fingers crossed we can get next seasons out nice and early.
