He was "out for a couple of weeks". From that statement to now, is a couple of weeks so have to hope he's back this week.

It's just a hunch mate but I've a feeling that Ness might be out for a wee but longer than was originally suggested. We changed our story when pressed and have been pretty quiet since. I might be miles out but I'm not too sure that the club are being entirely honest.

Was always a bit injury prone at Plymouth, I had a look at their forum when he signed for us, and although disappointed at him leaving, they were saying he was injured most of the time anyways, but did make a good contribution when fit.

I'm sure his current injury was down to a late tackle rather than him breaking down. Wiki has him as playing around 60 games in two seasons at Plymouth.

Yeah JMcP did say that it was an ankle knock, and not one he has suffered from in the past, let’s hope he is back quick cos we need him, think he could be great for us this season.

JMP said Ness was back training last midweek. (while Curran was still a 'bit off').
