Following from afar, via the sky sports centre text commentary (not seen stats yet **), there was certainly an impression of Arbroath getting away with far more fouls per yellow card than Dundee.

Seems to have been a fairly common theme this season?

[** from bbc, 16 Arbroath fouls to our 9, 3 yellows each, if that’s in any way an accurate count ]

Newlands is very very poor.

He should have booked Byrne (I think) early on when he body-checked an Arbroath player on a quick break and again when he slid and missed Linn on the touchline in the second half.

He also let Arbroath away with just bookings when reds could have been shown. 

Add to that the blatant handball not given to us shortly after Gowser was (correctly) pulled up for one showed more inconsistency.

Not biased IMO but totally hopeless.
