Fingers crossed. His performances the last few weeks have been better, and he's looked sharper. Hopefully the goals start to come regularly again.

Said in his BBC ibnterview that the team set up was better over the last two games. Let's hope we manage to keep everyone fit..

I think (even in the first hour against Partick) the last 3 games have shown more of a settled style, and individual/team performances have seemed a bit more consistent. We will undoubtably have the occasional injury, maybe an accumulated points suspension soon, but the manager has tried the other squad players in various positions now, and they too should be more ready to adapt to come into the team, without making any other changes.

Still a fair bit that can be improved (defending crosses, & the almost inevitable 2nd ball, particularly), but if management can keep the team progressing slowly, these issues can be worked on.

Good to feel there's a wee bit of (cautious) optimism starting to spread through the fans.

....hope it's still going in that direction on 9th Nov! 😉 ....but we can afford the occasional 'blip' & still maintain our top 4 position.  😯

In previous games he's had to go out and collect the ball & hold it up until help arrived instead of being in and around the box waiting for the ball to arrive.
