John, any chance of getting a 'good' in between Average & Very Good?....quite a performance gap there 😉

Thought he was extremely lenient and given there was only one side dishing out the treatment he was only being lenient with that side. For that reason I've said bad.

However, no game changing decisions made which is refreshing.

Thought he was average, however the Morton left back should have been booked in the first half for the foul on Kerr and then again for persistent fouling in the second and Muirheads was as clear a red card as you can get. To be honest on both those he should have gotten more help from the assistant referees

Can't believe they committed so few fouls (BBC) and only had one player booked.

Think he'd forgot where he kept his cards until the second half.

Poor. Appears very arrogant and bottled the red card for Muirhead.

I voted terrible.

To be fair in the end nothing he did or didn't do had any real impact on the match, however it was clear they were targeting Gowser for some nasty stuff on and off the ball, while Cammy could have been seriously hurt. An early booking for one of the fouls on Gowser and we see a different type of game altogether. Although, as said the assistant ref's simply refused to get involved.

Oh and their (utterly sh**e) keeper must have wasted about 7 or 8 minutes of the game all on his own. Clown.

Worst keeper I’ve seen in ages- he looked dreadful at every part of the game 😂

Time wasting by the keeper is easy to stop-change the rules to as in rugby-clock stopped when ball out and restarted when kicked back again-extremely easy to implement with a timekeeper in the stand.

Works well in rugby-SPFL don't have the guts to improve the game.

In fact the SFA who control refereeing I think, could be wrong now, can easily stamp down on some of the targetting we have seen on McDaid v Ayr and Gowser last night. Its obvious to all bar the ref. A wee word with the player alongside his captain would improve things, that works in rugby
