Honestly sick to the back teeth with him.Genuinely has proved over the last 4 years that he hasn’t got a clue what he is doing. We have went backwards year on year despite decent investment.Fantom stadiums ,top four challengers ,no fire sales, etc, etc.promises promises. The man should be called Walter Mitty,as he lives in a world all on his own.

A job for life and ultimately more secure than working in the Civil Service it seems.

Genuinely feel sorry for Keyes.

Yet he is the man who has entrusted huge amounts of money and his trust in Nelms' knowledge of Scottish football (!).

Sick of saying the same old Ground Hog Day thing, Nelms would have been SACKED, with his pitiful performance record,  Industry Chiefs wouldn't have let this Buffoon, still draw an EXTREMELY high Package, with ZERO return, he's just a Joke.👏👏👏

Have to agree. He is only there because he is pals with Keyes and fancies living in Scotland for a few years.

I was right behind McPake and feel he had brought in the right type of player, Scottish, experienced in the Scottish leagues, proven ability at other clubs, young ish, the right personality types BUT is seems they can't play together or be moulded into a system. Or McPake can't do this and Nicholl seems to be unable to help. Senior pros like Dorrans should know where the team is going wrong and tell McPake. It's pretty obvious...

Also McPake is poor tactically and isn't learning fast.

into the second half of the Derby, Dorrans and McGowan both went to JMP and shouted, these tactics weren't working and to change it, this carried on from the halftime dressing room rumpus, between the players, so yes our most Senior players, have put over their views and from what I was told, are far from happy.

I think Nelms is too easily swayed and buys into things far too easily. Maybe if he didn't listen to fans demands for instant success he'd maybe persevere with a manager long enough for them to build some solid foundations. Chopping and changing has at least proved one thing.

Why can we not detach Nelms from the football side of things and let him focus on this farcical stadium, and get somebody in a DoF role who actually knows f**cking anything about the game.

Far to sensible a post rev 👍

We could appoint Pep Guardiola and if he lost three in a row we would be calling for his head.

Getting rid of JMP now would just start the cycle all over again and don't think that would be good for the club

Keyes and Nelms are pivotal to our very existence.

Dees saying we should bin Nelms is like Ukraine saying, “f**k Trump. We’re better off without America.”

Erm nope.

Don't agree Cobra. I agree Keyes might be pivotal but not Nelms. Nelms could be replaced imo

Of course it’s possible mate but if Nelms is critical to Keyes’ interest in our city and club then we are completely f**ked if we cast Nelms aside.

I would guess on the balance of probability that Nelms matters and we need him to get things right. Replacing Nelms is probably not an option.

If I was Keyes I would not accept my pal being replaced. No danger. My way or highway you Derry c**ts.
